DUROC MAKES CHANGES TO GROUP MANAGEMENT

Duroc is making changes to its Group Management. Johan Hedlund, Head of Business Development, HR & Sustainability, has announced his intention to retire. Johan has been employed by Duroc and has been a member of Group Management since 2020.
In connection with the change, Caroline Talsma will assume the role of COO. She most recently served as CFO of Duroc, a role she assumed in January 2026. Caroline has extensive and long-standing experience from senior positions in various industries, both nationally and internationally. Alongside her role as COO, Caroline Talsma will continue as a board member of Studsvik AB and Nordic Flanges Group AB, as well as holding board assignments within the SONSAB Group.
At the same time, Emil Otterskog will assume the role of CFO of Duroc and will become a member of Group Management. Emil has been employed by Duroc since 2022 and currently serves as Group Financial Controller.
The changes will take effect on 1 June 2026.
